ReFabricated is a non-profit organisation dedicated to minimising the environmental burden that textile waste bears on the environment. By repurposing discarded fabrics, we combat the substantial amount of wasted textiles that enters landfills yearly.

Workshop Overview

ReFabricated had the privilege of hosting a free workshop with financial assistance from the Intercultural Youth Microgrant Service Corps . During the workshop, we taught a cohort of eager students how to make our flowers, with all materials provided. We had the honour of having Julie Thacker from Brainmaster come as a guest speaker to educate the children on creative outlets and mindfulness.

We Are Hosting a Free Art Workshop!

I am excited to announce that we have finalised an art workshop for kids ages 6-12 with no registration fee! 🎨🌿 It will be taking place at a local library in Coquitlam, Poirier branch on two separate dates. In this workshop, a small but passionate team will be teaching youth how to craft our sustainable blooms for them to bring home. Incorporated into our workshop are interactive activities that teach children more about the textiles they use and ways they can help reduce w
